Carmen is a creative communicator.  She trained as an actress, and works occasionally in TV and theatre.  In 1984 she took up meditation and discovered her gift for guiding people into meditation states with her soothing voice and well-chosen words.  With her long-time musical collaborator David Jones she performs in a variety of musical contexts.  She and David developed their sacred sound work, offering soundbaths and Sounds of Peace concerts.  She is also a best-selling author of two inspirational gift books.
